A new coach, new program
To say the Meridian cross country team has grown would be a slight understatement, from three to more than 16 student runners.
Those students meeting outside the Meridian High School at 6 a.m. every morning run a twomile journey, and if you miss a workout, you have to make it up before you can compete. That type of dedication can only be achieved from a dedicated coach.
