Mary Alma Thomas

Mary Alma Thomas, 82, of Meridian passed away October 10, 2021, in Dallas.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Meridian Cemetery. Bro. Richard Creech will officiate. Visitation with family and friends will take place from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Lawson Funeral Home in Meridian.

Mary was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family more than anything. In her earlier years Mary enjoyed traveling the country with her beloved husband Bill Thomas. They later moved to Bosque County and their home became known as "The Farm" to all who knew her. Mary loved cooking for her family and was a sassy sparkle that lit up every room she entered.

Mary is survived by her daughter Susan Winters and husband Huie of Lindsay, OK; daughter Linda Paulson of Meridian; son Brett Thomas and wife Kimberly of Venus; and daughter Donna Henry of Meridian.

Mary also leaves behind numerous loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Bill Thomas; daughter Debra Thorn; and son Russel Colvin.
