Gene Leon Chaudoin

Gene Leon Chaudoin, 81, passed away on January 16, 2022. Services will be held at a later date.

Gene was born in Franklin, IL on September 1, 1940, to Lloyd Russell and Florence Ruth (Hendrickson) Chaudoin. From 1959-1961 he served our country in the United States Navy. He lived in Springfield, IL, Madera, CA, and Laguna Park. He was a member of the American Legion and of the Baptist faith. His hobbies included gardening and playing with his great grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.

He is survived by his wife, Kanokkorn Chaudoin; son, Russell Chaudoin of Warrenville, SC; son, Lloyd L. Chaudoin of Santa Ana, CA; son, Troy E. Chaudoin of Clovis, CA; daughter, Traci Taylor of Arizona; grandchildren, Joseph Chaudoin of CA, Brandon Chaudoin of CA, Ashley Bagdaov of CA, Nathan Mitchell of CA, Charissa Menchaca of Texas, and Amber Mitchell of Texas; four great-grandsons; and five great-granddaughters.
