It takes a village. That’s what Dr. Deb Tolman, owner of The Silo Project, said about her new endeavor outside Clifton. The Silo Project, which stands for Sustainable Information and Learning Opportunities, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) started in 2011 dedicated to teaching the community about sustainable living practices through food production and water conservation, as well as other practices. …
