Elizabeth Pannabecker is the chef at Olaf’s in Clifton, and although she is a relatively new face to Bosque County, she has a storied history with the culinary world.
Before coming to Clifton, Pannabecker spent time in Navarro County, then McLennan County where she lived and worked for about 11 years.
Pannabecker was the head chef for Hilton in downtown Waco before leaving the corporate world…
