On Tuesday, Dec. 14 Clifton City Council called to order a regular session meeting. While reading the consent agenda Mayor Dr. Richard Spitzer said Jim Heid always did what he believed was in the best interest of the city of Clifton and thanked him for his many years of service during his time on the city council.
