The Cubs will play their first home game Friday against Little River Academy, coming off a 25-14 road loss to Sanger. “We did a lot of good things; we just made a lot of mistakes against a 4-A football team,” said Coach Chuck Caniford. “We had a lot of kids who had their first varsity experience, and it showed.
