City Council approves stricter youth curfew

It is said that nothing good happens to and with kids after midnight. They get caught up in mischief or end up in harm’s way.

Parents and city officials enact curfews to keep kids safe from activities such as drinking and drug abuse by ensuring they are home at a decent time, or by staying out of harm’s way caused by drunk driving or skirmishes and muggings.
