Visitors came by car, by truck, by bus to be a part of an annual event, known far beyond county lines. The 26th Annual Norwegian Country Christmas Tour and added attractions had visitors to Clifton and Bosque County spoilt for choice and seeped in Norwegian heritage and Christmas cheer last weekend.

“This year’s Norwegian Country Christmas Tour was one of the largest tours we have put on in the 26 years that the Chamber has been hosting this event,” Clifton Chamber of Commerce Executive VP Paige Key said. “The weather played a huge part and couldn’t have done it with out all the wonderful volunteers who took time out of their day to help with it. Huge success!” It all started with the lighted parade on Friday night, which brought Santa to town for the first time.
