CLIFTON — Joe Casstevens of United Country, Bosque County Properties, who keeps rainfall data for The Clifton Record, reports that June 2009 was a dry month in Clifton and Bosque County, with rainfall totaling less than an inch — 0.94. This brings the total rainfall for the year to 19.44 inches, which is running about two inches above normal, although rainfall this year has been feast or famine per month, with March and April producing over seven inches of rainfall in each of those months.
