CLIFTON — Jimmy Schmidt (D) recently filed for re-election as  Pct. 4 Commissioner saying, “It has been an honor and privilege to serve the residents of Bosque County as your County Commissioner of Pct. 4.”

He has been employed by Bosque County for over 26 years, and has served as a commissioner for the last five years.

“I have been a resident of Bosque County for 33 years,” added Schmidt.

Talking about the court, Schmidt said, “We have achieved many accomplishments and look forward to continue success.”

“I have worked well with other members of the court and will continue to be available to respond positively to future needs of the county.

“It is my desire to continue to serve as your Bosque County Commissioner and your support is greatly appreciated,” Schmidt said in closing.
