CLIFTON — Anna Marie Lindley and Rick and Sally Douglas have annnounced the formation of a new partnership to operate Bosque County Properties. The new partnership will continue to offer superior real estate services through the talented team of sales personnel that have been associated with Lindley at Bosque County Properties in the past.  The firm will also maintain its affiliation with United Country Real Estate.

“Sally and I have been emotionally invested in the area for a long time, and when the opportunity presented itself to join Anna Marie in the business community we jumped at the chance,” said Mr. Douglas. “We’ve been friends with Anna Marie for 15 years, and we’re thrilled to make this investment with her. Both Sally and I look forward to being involved with the entire Bosque County Properties team on a daily basis.”

The Douglases have been committed to the cultural and economic growth of Bosque County since first purchasing property in the area in 1995. Rick Douglas brings over 30 years of commercial real estate and economic development experience to the partnership, and is currently president of the City of Clifton Economic Development Corporation.  Sally Douglas is also involved in the community, currently acting as the sitting president at Bosque Arts Center.   

Lindley has lived in Bosque County for over 40 years. She has been active in the Central Texas real estate industry since obtaining her Texas Real Estate broker’s license in 1994. Also heavily involved in the community, Lindley has served as a director on several boards including the Clifton Chamber of Commerce, Bosque Conservatory, Clifton Educational Foundation, and the Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board.

“Because of our similar values, complementary business backgrounds, and strong commitment to the community we live in, I developed an appreciation for both Rick and Sally that made this partnership a natural next step,” said Lindley.
