CLIFTON — Shirley Dahl, Nellie Pederson Civic Library director, and Bosque County Genealogy Society are pleased to announce accessibility of the premiere genealogy research product, <ancestry.com>, from the library’s computers. Area residents can now discover their stories in the world’s largest online collection of historical records. This is the best place to build an online family tree, fill in missing facts, organize your discoveries, and share the story with one’s family, said Dahl. The subscription was funded by Bosque County Genealogy Society to give its members and area residents an opportunity to share the superior resources and sophisticated features of the renowned research site at no charge, noted Dahl. “Society members and library patrons are cordially invited to visit the library Monday through Friday, from noon to 5 p.m., to access <ancestry.com> from the library’s computers or a wireless Internet connection.”
