Mr. and Mrs. James Walsleben were married Nov. 21, 1959, at Patton Baptist Church in Valley Mills.

In honor of their 50 years together, their children are hosting a family celebration. Jim and Ruby are retired from their air conditioning business which they owned in Clifton for 10 years.

The couple are blessed with three children, Tim and wife, Adela Wesleben, of Mississippi; Robert and wife, Marti Walsleben, of Florida; and Dottie Lassetter and husband, Kevin Lassetter, of Lorena. They are also blessed with five wonderful grandchildren.
