Larry A. Woodley

Larry A. Woodley, age 47, of Crawford, Texas, passed away peacefully from this life on Nov. 15, 2013. Private graveside services will be held at a later date by his family. Larry was born on Dec. 22, 1965, in Adamsville, Texas. He was the son of Milford Ray and Doris Marie (Barnard) Woodley. He had formerly worked with heavy machinery. He also had worked as a carpenter and a rancher. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mikel Woodley. Survivors include his wife Edna Weaver of Crawford, sons, Mikel Woodley and Chris Woodley both of Valley Mills; brothers, Bill Woodley and wife Connie of Valley Mills and Glenn Cox of Austin; sisters, Beckey Marie Houston of Cedar Creek and Barbara Jean Spears of Cedar Creek. Larry Joe Mueller

A memorial service for Larry Joe Mueller, 64, was held at Zion United Church at Womack on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2013, officiated by the Rev. Buck Malone. The eulogy was offered by Bill Helms. Larry Joe Mueller was born on June 27, 1949, in Bosque County, the son of Joe and Elsie Mueller. He passed away on Sept. 29, 2013. He was baptized and confirmed at Zion United Church. Mueller graduated from Clifton High School and attended Texas A&M University.

Mary Jane McCollum Burnham-Summitt

Mary Jane Summitt, of Meridian, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013 at a Clifton nursing facility. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 4, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Chapel with Pastor Brandon Carter officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Floyd McCollum and Tommy Burnham; son, Jerry; daughter, Joan; and great-grandson, Scott Lawson. Survivors include sons, Don McCollum and wife, Donna, of Meridian and Johnny McCollum of Waco; granddaughters, Christi Ebeling, Mendy Norris, Lisa Rivero and husband, BooBoo, and Molly Knight; great-grandchildren, Janie, Chenoa, Aryn, Ben, Jessica, Bailey, Paul, Rhea, Kati and Rylee; great-great-grandson, Travis; and foster great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Sammy. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bosque County Meals-on-Wheels, P.O. Box 647, Meridian, Texas 76665.
