Annie ‘Molly’ McGee

Annie “Molly” McGee, 98, of Springtown, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, in Azle. A graveside service will be held at San Antonio National Cemetery at a later date. She was born on Dec. 17, 1914 in San Marcos. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary and the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association. She was preceded in death by her husband Ennis W. McGee;parents, John and Anna Benneck; along with three brothers and one sister. Survivors include a daughter, Pat Crowley and husband, George; grandchildren, Cathy and Carol Crowley; and great-grandchild Mindy. White’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Janie Lu Pendleton Pace

Funeral services for Janie Lu Pendleton Pace, 57, of Waco, were held Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 in the Clifton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Torian officiating. Burial was in Boggy Cemetery. Janie Pace passed away on Saturday, Nov. 30. She was born on Feb. 21, 1956, the daughter of the late Grady Pendleton and Laverne Pendleton of Waco. She was a long time employee of Hillcrest Health System, Providence Hospital, and Scoot & White. Survivors include her husband, Randy Pace; mother, Laverne Pendleton, and step-son Andy Pace, all of Waco. Memorials may be made to BARK animal shelter in Clifton or the Humane Society. Clifton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Agnes Irene Schwartz Rogstad

Funeral services for Agnes Rogstad, 92, of Mustang, were held Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Cranfills Gap. Interment was at the Rock Church Cemetery. Agnes Schwartz was born on March 20, 1921 in Womack. She married B.C. Rogstad, Jr., at the Norse Parsonage on Aug. 11, 1940. She passed away on Nov. 19 at Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Authority. The couple lived in the Mustang community. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Alvine Bernhardt Schwartz; husband, B.C. Rogstad, Jr.; and three sisters. Survivors include daughter Linda and husband, Wilson Worley of Greenville, SC; Judy and Paul Horton of Arlington; Cynthia Rogstad and Ron Tiffany of Garland; grandchildren, Kendra Wes Thornton, Nathan Horton, and Jonathan and Delissa Horton; and great-grandchild Reagan Grace Thornton. Clifton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
