Nell C. Click

Memorial services for Nell C. Click, of Bozeman, MT, formerly of Clifton, were held Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel in Emory. Interment followed in the Emory City Cemetery. Nell Click passed away, peacefully, in her home, on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2014 at the young age of 93. She was born on July 30, 1920 in Marlin, to Henry and Fannie Johnson Cobb. She married the love of her life, Horace F. Click, in Dallas, on Oct. 11, 1947. They lived in Dallas many years before settling on “The Farm” as they called it, in Emory. Late in life Nell moved to Clifton and then at age 90 she made a cross-country move to Bozeman, MT to live near her family. After losing her husband to cancer in 1989, she enrolled herself in college at the age of 69, at East Texas State University, and accomplished a life-long dream of hers by earning her degree in Psychology, at the age of 75. Mrs. Click was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star for 67 years. She was a proud member of the United Methodist Church for over 50 years. She served her church community as a pianist/organist for 18 years. After moving to Bozeman, Nell joined the congregation of Bozeman United Methodist Church. Survivors include grandsons: Kevin Click, and wife, Dianne; Drew Click; Koby Click, and wife, Brook; great-granddaughters: Hannah Click and Sarah Click; and former daughter-in-law, Mary Ellen Vidar, all of Bozeman, MT, along with numerous other loving family and friends.
