CISD trustees pass bond election vote

After considering six provisional votes to break the deadlock in voting for the proposed Clifton Independent School District bond election, the CISD trustees approved accepting one of those votes, allowing the bond to pass, 381-380, during the board meeting Monday night. During the open comment period of the meeting, five persons signed up to speak regarding the recent school bond election.
