Bond To Build

During regular session of the Clifton Independent School District Board of Trustees on Monday, Feb. 17, a full discussion was held regarding the need for a bond election in the amount of $23,300,000 to build a new elementary school and a 750 seat auditorium. In previous meetings and planning meetings, CISD has covered the need for a new two-story elementary school to be built on the grounds of the current school, however, facing 15th Street. Monday’s meeting with Josh Brown of Huckabee was to cover the options for the auditorium.
