What defined a quintessential small town back in the good old Wild West days? Having a school, a church, a post office, a bank, a saloon, a general store, a courthouse, a jail, a livery stable, and a barber shop. New Meridian resident Kris Toman, being a barber by trade, decided to give Meridian back a traditional barber shop, complete with a candy stripe sign.
