Moody was never able to get over the hump and get over its troubles against Clifton on Tuesday, as Moody fell 8-6 at Clifton, after falling behind by seven runs in the fifth inning, reported Coach Jonathan Shaw. Moody scored five runs in the seventh on two errors, a fielder’s choice, an RBI single - still Moody couldn’t catch Clifton. Marti Hanson racked up four RBIs on three hits for Clifton. She doubled in the first inning, hit a home run in the second inning, and singled in the fourth inning.
