A GreenFiber paper recycling program payment was given to the Clifton Ministerial Alliance’s Dr. Jerry Smith on Thursday by Mayor Fred Volcansek.

GreenFiber originally placed green recycling containers in Clifton about a year ago to collect paper and cardboard items around town. GreenFiber is a national company which produces insulation using nature fiber in an effort to “leave the world better than we found it by conserving natural resources,” said Duane Kerr, the local recycling coordinator.
