Simple Simon’s Pizza opens new business in Meridian

Colorful red and yellow banners have been waving on the sidewalk at 210 Morgan Street, across from Barker’s Pharmacy since Feb. 12, indicating to passers-by that a new restaurant in town is open. Even without a large sign advertising the Simple Simon’s Pizza establishment, many people have found their way to Jesse McClure’s pizza restaurant already. “So far we’ve already had people in from Meridian, Morgan, Iredell and Walnut Springs,” McClure said. “And the age varies from high school kids to seniors.
