Graveside services were held for Owen Edward “Jack”
Anz, 89, of Clifton on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 in Clifton
Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Eddie Booth.
Anz passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13. He was born
Jan. 3, 1923, to Ted and Freda Anz. Having lived on a farm
about 17 years, he and his parents moved to town.
He enlisted in the Air Force in 1942 and was discharged
in 1946. He was a paint contractor for 43 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances.
Survivors include a stepson, Ron Maddox and wife, Donna;
two step grandchildren, and three step great-grandchildren.
Clifton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
